These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Foster Media Agency website and the services offered through it. By accessing this site or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.
Services
Foster Media Agency plans, builds, runs and optimises paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including account and pixel setup, campaign architecture, creative testing, audience modelling and reporting. Each engagement is scoped before work begins; the specific deliverables, timeline and price are confirmed in writing.
Plans & Payment
Plan prices shown on this site are recurring monthly management fees unless stated otherwise, and are billed in advance. Advertising spend is separate and is paid by you directly to Meta — it is not included in any plan price. Payment is collected securely at checkout, and work begins once payment is confirmed and we have the access and assets needed to start. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to the ad accounts, pixels, product feeds, brand assets and approvals we need, and to ensure that everything you supply is accurate, lawful and yours to use. Your advertising must comply with Meta's advertising policies; we will advise on compliance, but we cannot guarantee that a platform will approve a given ad or account.
Results & Performance
Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, website, market conditions and platform changes. Any figures, case studies or projections shown on this site are examples of past work and are not a guarantee of future results. We commit to the deliverables in your plan and to professional care in executing them.
Term, Pausing & Cancellation
Monthly plans continue until cancelled. You may cancel before your next billing date and service continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid for a period in which work has been performed are not refundable.
Refunds
Because campaign work is bespoke and begins immediately, management fees are generally non-refundable once work has started. If you believe something has gone wrong, contact us — we will always work in good faith to make it right.
Intellectual Property
On full payment, the campaign assets and creatives built specifically for you are yours to use. Underlying tools, frameworks, templates and methods that Foster Media Agency develops remain our property. This website's content and branding are owned by Foster Media Agency and may not be reproduced without permission.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided with professional care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law Foster Media Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost advertising spend. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the management fees you paid us for the month in which the claim arose.
